PassApp is Cambodia's answer to Uber, offering cheap, safe tuk-tuk rides in and around Phnom Penh and Siem Reap.
This concept was originally launched in Phnom Penh in October 2016 and is spreading around Cambodia, providing reliable and low-cost transport. There's no more confusion over directions because the driver has the route laid out on Google maps and knows exactly where to go.
PassApp are usually cheaper than conventional tuk-tuks around town and when you book through the app you're given the price beforehand, so there are no negotiations involved. You can either book a tuk-tuk or a car, which usually picks you up within a few minutes, with the fare being calculated by distance.
PassApp is user-friendly and available in both Khmer and English. If you have any special requirements, you can leave a note with your booking.
